Active in Austin, Silicon Valley and New York, but actively investing across the US we focus on investing in Late Stage Seed (with up to 5 pre-revenue investments per fund) to Series A and B financing rounds. Our startups tend to go up in value early as we introduce them to our vast VC network to co-invest with our fund and continue to fund our portfolio companies at higher valuations. Unique in the market we create our own SPVs and allow our LPs to take early liquidity, stay in a deal and not sell anything early or double down and buy more shares at higher valuations investing via our SPVs. So we return our LP capital much faster than typical VCs and we enable our LPs to decide what they want on a deal by deal basis or leave it to us to decide what is in their interest in taking early liquidity or optimizing for maximal cash on cash multiples. We also create a unique global community of family offices, corporate investors and angels with private and public events for them to meet our portfolio companies and each other in person. Some of our LPs become very active in our VC process.
