The ADE Art 90 Fund (the “Fund”) founded in 2017, offers exclusive access to the exciting fine art world once reserved only for HNWI. The Fund benefits from the many investment opportunities that arise from the high growth, high demand of the fine art world. The Fund is managed by ADE Capital, an experienced group of fine art collectors and capital managers. 

ADE Art Fund 90 provides a permanent floor below which the sub- fund’s NAV may never fall, irrespective of financial market trends. Thus the protected NAV is equal to 90% of the highest net asset value. 

The Fund is managed by ADE Vengerick Capital, LLC (the “Fund Manager”), an entity that is principally directed by its two Managing Directors: Antonio Herrera and Lie Wong (the “Principals”). The Principals, along with two other partners: Amilia Hanks-Smith and Hermes Vengerick, comprise the indirect ownership of the Fund Manager. 

The Principals have collectively amassed a significant level of fine art, capital and wealth management experience. Along with international art market investments and capital growth operational experience, which they believe will allow the Fund to generate attractive financial returns for investors and social benefits for communities surrounding the Fund’s investment locales.
