Terrasias Capital is a single family office based in Okinawa and Tokyo, Japan and primarily focused on alternative investments.

Alternative investments: Terrasias Capital’s investment team is experienced in working with alternative investments globally. We do both liquid investments and more illiquid, longer-term investments. We invest both through funds and direct.

Real estate investments: We are experienced real estate investors with direct experience in acquiring investment properties, primarily in Tokyo and Okinawa, Japan. We mainly focus on small- to mid-sized real estate opportunities where there is limited competition for deals, no shortage of supply and a steady stream of tenants.

Property management: We actively manage various types of real estate with specific expertise in the Japanese market. We are hands-on property managers who work with our valued tenants for the long term.

Social responsibility: Terrasias Capital traces its family roots in Okinawa back more than 500 years. We are proud of our Okinawan heritage and continue to invest in and support Okinawa and its future in many different ways. We aim to make a positive difference, help realise the potential and well-being of the local communities where we are present. We actively seek to do club deals and co-investments with other like-minded firms who share our goals.
