Unlike THC, CBD is non-intoxicating, but many consumers and businesses are abuzz with the promise of CBD nonetheless. Over the past few years, we have seen a massive proliferation of CBD products, including: gummies, tinctures, lattes, vape cartridges, and even sports bras. Many of these products are available even at traditional, big-box retail outlets.

Still, the law around CBD products is complex and constantly evolving across jurisdictions. As such, manufacturing and selling CBD products is no cakewalk.
