Adams Street partners join panels at Private Equity Wire LIVE

Two partners from global private markets investment manager Adams Street Partners – Alejandra Lesch and Alicia Pando – are to join panel discussions at the forthcoming Private Equity Wire LIVE online seminar, which is taking place from 2-4 June.

Lesch, Partner, Investment Strategy and Risk Management, who is based in Chicago, and oversees the operational due diligence (ODD) and portfolio monitoring efforts across Adams Street’s investment strategies, will be one of the participants in a panel discussion looking at the new trends and challenges in ODD. Topics up for discussion include: how the ODD process evolving in line with technology innovation; the new tactics COOs are deploying to improve ODD; and the current challenges facing COOs in this highly valued, late stage market cycle.

Pando, meanwhile, a Partner and the firm's Chief Technology Officer who leads the development of the firm's data and information systems, will be participating in a discussion on the impact of technology on the private equity sector. How technology advances helping COOs/CFOs monitor the performance of portfolio companies, the way technology is helping speed up deal origination and help identify new target opportunities, and the potential COOs see in new technology tools (analytic tools, reporting tools) to improve compliance and data security, will be among the subjects covered.
