SK Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, has expanded its team with the appointment of George Gregory as Senior Director.
Gregory has over 30 years of experience in the chemicals and adjacent sectors, leading businesses with sales ranging from USD250 million to nearly USD2.5 billion. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of HMT LLC, a provider of engineered products and services for the above-ground storage tank industry. Prior to HMT LLC, Gregory was the President and CEO of Kraton Polymers LLC, a global supplier of specialised polymers, and KoSa, BV, a leading producer of polyester resins, fibres, and intermediates. He earlier held various positions with Koch Industries, Inc, including EVP of Koch Chemicals and Managing Director of Koch Equities. Gregory began his career as a chemist for DuPont. He holds an AB in Chemistry, summa cum laude, from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
