Dubin Clark to recapitalise Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control

Dubin Clark, a private equity firm focused on niche market leaders in the lower middle-market, has created a new holding company, Super Home Services, to invest in Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control (Evergreen).

Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
 
Evergreen is a provider of residential lawn spray and pest control services throughout the Central Florida region. The Company’s service offerings include lawn spray services, tree and shrub services, pest control, termite treatment, and mosquito control services. Since its founding in 1991, Evergreen has established a reputation for quality, excellence, and high customer satisfaction. The Company is headquartered in Apopka, Florida with three additional locations in Orlando, Leesburg, and Debary, Florida.
