Innova Capital to acquire stake in Polish cosmetics company Bielenda Kosmetyki
Submitted 09/11/2020 - 5:05pmInnova Capital, a private equity firm operating in the CEE, is to purchase existing shares from the founders of Bielenda Kosmetyki, one of the biggest domestic producers of facial care cosmetics in Poland.
The firm will also support the business in financing the acquisition of the Polish cosmetics brands portfolio from Norwegian player Orkla. The transaction requires the regulatory approval of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
"Cooperation with one of the most respected and fastest growing Polish cosmetics companies – Bielenda Kosmetyki – in the takeover of the Soraya and Dermika brands is very satisfying for us," says Leszek Muzyczyszyn, Senior Partner at Innova Capital.
