TRANSCRIPT Hello, my name is Andrea Alms and I am technology investor and financial manager. And this is your money in motion. We all know personally, intuitively, and from reports from analysts and researchers that the pandemic completely transformed the concept, function and value of the help. It became our everything from where we work to work out. And during this long crisis, more people have questioned where and how they want to live, what they want in a home and community. The answer, in one words, is more wellness, more safety, nature, sustainability, space and serenity to work and more purpose, meaning and true community as more people seek out homes and communities, purpose built to deliver more physical, mental and social well-being according to facts and factors. The global wellness real estate market is worth around 279.4 billion in 2021 and is estimated to grow about 863.9 billion by 2028 at a compound average growth rate of 20.7% at the global Wellness Summit. GW Eye reported the market to be 134 billion in 2017 and growing to 180 billion by 2020 at 6% growth rate. As you can see from this slide, U.S. and China top markets according to size averaging the average is I was only able to find two independent sources and data was scarce. Best guess, $206.7 billion market at 13.4%. Average growth rate. Thank you. This is your money, your money, in motion.
