Why Does Innovation Happen In Time Clusters?

For centuries, the Asian Arowana was just one of the fish that swam freely in the rivers of Southeast Asia. But in 1975, with its quantities decreasing, it was declared an endangered species. The act, which was intended to eliminate any type of hunting and commercialization, had the opposite effect, making fish an enormous objective of desire. Chinese tycoons, members of Yakuza in Japan and European collectors, all created an obsession with having such a fish.
