Harvey House Estate will be a seniors community on 60 acres of parkland with 4-star architecture, amenities and lifestyle in a beautiful nature preserve. Harvey House Estate comprises 100 homes for independent and semi-independent seniors and a 90-unit residence for assisted living and memory care, next to one of Chicagoland's premier hospitals for geriatric medicine and acute care. Harvey House's mission is to make superb 4-star senior living and care more affordable than even lower-quality 2/3-star facilities. Our pricing is 10% to 35% lower than most operators in Chicagoland. Seeking one GP partner to join the team and $14.2M in LP Equity. Willing to split the LP investment with our second project Senior Living at The Elms.
