Strategy Description
The Prime Meridian Income Fund (“Fund”) seeks to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns relative to traditional fixed income investments while also providing reasonable liquidity to investors. The Fund invests in credit instruments in the consumer, small business, real estate, and specialty credit sectors. Loans are selected using proprietary risk-based pricing models that focus on asset security, cash flow velocity, covenants, duration, yield adjusted spread and other characteristics designed to capture value and minimize risk to principal. The Fund is composed of a highly diversified pool of loans that offer a combination of attractive yield, strong credit quality, and a short duration, which minimizes volatility of returns and correlations to other asset classes.
