Strategy Description

The investment objective of NPL is to maximize returns through purchasing, at a discount, and managing nonperforming loans in the form of notes secured by residential real estate, primarily in judicial foreclosure states. The forecast is a 10%+ annualized return, net of fees and expenses. The manager pursues several work-out strategies including litigation, foreclosure, and negotiated settlements. All loans are valued by a 3rd party agent on a monthly basis.
