Strategy Description

Midwest Advisors Real Estate Value Strategy is a compelling alternative to real estate index funds, ETFs and large dedicated mutual funds. The Midwest Advisors Real Estate Value Strategy has outperformed the FTSE NAREIT Equity REITs Index (ticker: FNRE) by 190 basis points annually since inception (1/23/2013). The listed real estate sector is structurally inefficient and rewards good stock pickers. The Midwest Advisors Real Estate Value Strategy is capped at $1.5 billion, which we believe will enable the strategy to participate more effectively in small and mid-cap REIT equities which offer more opportunities for excess returns.
