As a high school student in Rwanda, Manzi joined a debate club organized by iDebate Rwanda that profoundly influenced his academic and career trajectory. Today, he serves on the organization’s board, helping strengthen alumni engagement and long-term infrastructure to expand access to critical thinking and leadership training. “The opportunity I received shouldn’t be an exception,” he says. “The goal is to make it repeatable.”
