Jason Genrich, a partner and senior portfolio manager at Elliott Investment Management, has left the activist hedge fund after more than a decade, according to a report by Reuters citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.
Elliott informed clients on Friday that Genrich, who led many of the firm’s investments across the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sectors, has stepped down from the business. He will remain a consultant to the firm until mid-2026, the sources said.
