David Billings is responsible for the Company’s legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance functions. Prior to joining AMG in 2014, Mr. Billings was a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he led the firm’s investment funds practice in London, focusing principally on the representation of private investment funds and their sponsors.
