In 1999, Mr. Viscogliosi co-founded Viscogliosi Brothers, LLC (“VB”), a leading merchant bank and venture capital firm focused on the musculoskeletal/orthopedics industry. ​ Currently, Mr. Viscogliosi is a founder of Paradigm Spine, LLC and is Chairman of the Board of Managers and Chief Executive Officer since August 2004. ​ He was a co-founder and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Spine Solutions, Inc., which was acquired by Synthes-Stratec in 2003.
