HedgeCo.Net — Blackstone Private Credit Fund (BCRED) said Thursday it will again fulfill third-quarter share repurchase requests only up to 5% of shares outstanding after investors sought roughly 10% of the vehicle, or an estimated $4.3 billion. Reuters printed the 10% request level, the 5% repurchase cap, and the $77.2 billion fund size. AltsWire independently carried the same September 3 shareholder-letter figures, the same $4.3 billion request estimate, and the same 5% prorate.
