Air Transport Components ( ATC Group), a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners has acquired PAS MRO, a Bristow, Oklahoma-based provider of bearing repair services, from its existing ownership, in a transaction aimed at expanding the buyer’s maintenance, repair, and overhaul capabilities.
ATC Group provides maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for aircraft components used in commercial and military aviation, including in-house engineering, testing, and refinishing. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona, the company operates facilities in Arizona and Oklahoma supporting airlines, OEMs, and aftermarket customers.
PAS MRO specializes in bearing repair for aerospace and industrial applications, including engines, airframes, and helicopter systems. Founded in 2003 and based in Bristow, Oklahoma, the company serves airlines, maintenance providers, and component distributors. PAS MRO will continue operating with its existing team and leadership. The acquisition expands ATC Group’s footprint in Oklahoma and adds capabilities across key component repair lines.
