Metric Point Capital Adds Paul Mazurek to Its Advisory Practice Serving Private Equity Firms and Independent Sponsors

Metric Point Capital, a boutique private capital advisory and placement firm based in Stamford, Connecticut, has announced strategic additions and promotions to strengthen its advisory practice serving private equity general partners, limited partners, and independent sponsors. Paul Mazurek has joined the firm's advisory practice, bringing specialized experience in supporting private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and business leaders through growth and investment decision-making processes.

The announcement accompanies two significant internal promotions reflecting the firm's organic talent development. Kevin Imhoff, who brings over 17 years of private markets experience including prior roles in Goldman Sachs' investment banking division and as a Limited Partner at DuPont Capital Management, has been promoted to Partner. Imhoff holds a CFA charter and an MBA from Cornell University's Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management. Pjeter Dushku has been elevated to Senior Vice President, drawing on 14 years of alternative investment experience. Dushku joined Metric Point at its founding in 2017 and has managed transaction execution across client mandates; his background includes infrastructure investment and project finance experience at Ridgewood Private Equity Partners, Bloom Energy, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Dushku is a CFA charterholder with an MBA from The Wharton School.
