Under Paceline’s ownership, R.E.L.A.M. expanded its fleet, added senior executives, broadened service offerings and completed two acquisitions while divesting non-core operations. Paceline said the initiatives helped triple revenue and positioned the company as a pure-play maintenance-of-way and hi-rail leasing platform.
