The Vistria Group has named Jeff Hawkins head of its Portfolio Resources Group, the firm’s operating team, based in Chicago. Mr. Hawkins started on September 10 and works alongside co-presidents David Schuppan and Phil Alphonse on transformation programs at portfolio companies. He spent more than 20 years in operational roles, including at TPG, Aon and AlixPartners, and has served as chief operating officer, president and chief revenue officer at sponsor-backed businesses.
