Wright and Davis each spent more than 20 years at the business, while Huddy and Deagan worked at the firm for around five years.
Andrew Yap will succeed Tang. Yap has spent 13 years with Zenith, progressing from senior investment analyst in 2012 to head of income and multi-asset in 2015 and head of multi-asset and Australian fixed income in 2018, before being named deputy head of portfolio solutions in July. Before joining Zenith, he held roles at Pitcher Partners, where he spent almost a decade as senior research manager, and at Standard & Poor's as head of multi-asset and associate director. He also spent more than six years at Monash University as an industry fellow and lecturer.
In the new role, Yap will lead the firm's 12-person team responsible for consulting on and delivering portfolio solutions to clients, reporting to investment director Damien Hennessy. Hennessy was appointed to his role in July, having previously served as head of asset allocation and strategy from March 2021.

Warren credited Yap with the ability to unite and inspire teams, add value to the firm's research and portfolio capabilities, and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of advisers and investors.
