Crescendo Partners III - AlphaMaven Performance Report
Crescendo Partners III, LP was launched in 2007 and generally takes relatively concentrated positions in 5-15 companies, with about half of the portfolio historically invested in Canada. Typically, core activist positions are sized at 10%-15% at cost, while value and special situations positions are sized at 2.5%-10% at cost. The fund may periodically attempt to hedge Canadian dollar and market exposure.
