The Fund seeks to provide a consistent 11% annual (.8733% per month) return to investors by investing in the Master Fund and creating a “Loss Recovery Account” funded by all Tecumseh fees for each investor to help protect that return.
The Master Fund, an AIR Asset Management vehicle, managed by Kerberos Capital Management, underwrites full-recourse, first priority loans to law firms that generate success-based revenue by litigating mass tort, class action and personal injury claims.
